Bookings & Spa Etiquette

Kamandaka Spa is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
We recommend booking at least one day in advance to secure your preferred time.

  1. Kamandaka Spa opens daily from 09.00 a.m. until 9.00 p.m., and the last treatment reservation is at 7.30 p.m. for a one-hour spa treatment.
  2. Reservations for spa treatments at our Kamandaka Spa can be done at Kamandaka reception or by dialing 0 or 3 on the phone in your room. We strongly encourage all of the guests to schedule their spa appointments first to allow us to allocate the time they prefer.
  3. We kindly request that all of the guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the spa treatment appointment time; arriving late will limit the time of the treatment
  4. For the first visit to Kamandaka Spa, all of the guests will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form. This is to check for possible contraindications to any treatments.
  5. All the guest treatments will be finished as scheduled.
  6. All guests must leave the treatment room no later than 5 minutes after the treatment is completed, for the preparation of the next guests.
  7. All guests wishing to cancel their spa treatment after the appointment has been confirmed, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied
  8. We are providing our professional therapist and spa treatment. No sexual harassment of any kind is tolerated; the treatment might be immediately stopped in such a case, and management will definitely take action as per our hotel policy.
  9. Spa facilities need to be booked in advance. Please inform your personal butler to ensure your preferred time and service are available.
  10. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and to respect other guests’ privacy, we kindly request that mobile phones be silenced when arriving at the spa. Our spa is a whisper zone and non-smoking area.
  11. For valuable items, we recommend that no jewelleries be worn at the spa. The management and staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables of any kind.
  12. All guests are required to honour the spa etiquette above in order for us to provide maximum pleasure and pleasant care to all of our guests.
